No, PapayaKing, you changed the subject. The discussion was whether or not a few dozen or hundred chads on the floor were proof of foul play. I said they were not because they were just hanging chads that had fallen off; chads do not fall off randomly.

If you start talking about setting standards for the recount, counting dimpled or pregnant chads, etc, that's a different issue.
