Anyone who wants to call me to discuss any of these issues further can do so at 408-733-9479 during normal business hours. I am a bargain hunter tomorrow. So let it be written - so let it be done! Jim McBurney 408-733-9479

Situation Assessment re CCRN investment at current prices.

1. Anyone considering selling or buying should first listen to the conference call on bestcalls.com. There is so much misinformation and short bashing on this board AND IT CANNOT BE FARTHER FROM THE TRUTH.

Here is the URL: corporate-ir.net

2. In my opinion this is the most incredible stock tank DUE TO NO REASON that I have ever seen. The stock dropped 53% over two days and it is for no apparent reason when the facts are examined. NVDA tanked last week because NVDA had REAL problems -- which is completely unlike CCRN. I challenge anyone to give me a valid reason why the price tanked other than a concerted effort of hedge funds to manipulate this thinly traded stock. I had a similar experience with INVN and after two weeks of posting facts the shorts eventually gave up after getting burned. All serious longs should call me so we can exchange and post information about this company and it's true stock value.

3. bull_marked_sepr is to be commended for exposing basher tactics in msg 1556 on this board. Blowing stuff out of perspective is so typically a tactic of shorts like...

...xyellowdog who misquotes management and is making an issue of the W.R. Grace situation which has gotten MANY legal opinions that there is no exposure at all for ccrn.

3. You will see that the Saloman downgrade is more concerned with their increasing fear of law suits [since they took CCRN public] than business logic based in information in the conference call. As an MBA and professional business analyst I don't know how they could have listened to the conference call and drawn the conclusions they did.

4. Adding 10 recruiters per quarter [to a base ot 75] and focusing on the white hot California market is a hell of a good strategy while the Florida and New England market recover from the 911 effect on the seasonal shirts in tourist population that is important to CCRN staffing demand. Business is still up in spite of the 911 effect and the long term fundamentals of more leisure and more baby boomers are most auspicious. A law re/ state mandaget patient nurse ratios will go into effect in January 2003 and this will only create more demand for CCRN's services. In addition California has imminent retirement of 50% of its nursing staff. I know because two of my friends are recently graduated nurses and they told me that there is NO problem in job offers and they are both looking favorably at CCRN as a premium priced alternative for their career.

PART 2

Here is part 2 of my message on fundamentals of CCRN. Anyone is welcome to contact me at 408-733-9479

Fundamentals 5-11

5. There is really no direct [only substitutive] competition to CCRN. The company places "travelling nurses" which is a major advantage to the nurse who wants to Winter in Florida and summer in New England or Canada California. The competition places local nurses in local hospitals.

6. The competition typical nurse is the two year junior college nurse. 75% of CCRN nurses are 4 year nurses and widely thought of as much higher quality by hospitals. MAKE SOME CALLS FOR YOURSELF IF YOU DON'T BELIEVE ME.

7. The second half is typically better on gross margins and this year the tourist business in Florida will not be as hurt by 911 as last year was -which wasn't that bad by the way.

8. The company showed a major increase in GM by $1 per hour billed yet some analyst on the phone conference couldn't understand how this could happen along with increasing year over year revenue.

9. Everyone should read seattle_guru's message 1586 on the anatomy of a "tank" and his following post. We are in the middle of a bunch of poor fearful sheep investors panicing and giving the predatory shorts who engineered this fiasco exactly what they want i.e., covering their shorts at low prices and buying long for the rebound.

10. The question is when will the sheep stop selling? At day end today I picked up a bunch of stock at 12.05 and I am hopeful it tanks more to the mid 11's tomorrow cause I will have my bait on the hook on island at $11.51 and $11.76 since selling of any size drops the price dramatically. I found today that even I could manipulate the psychology of the bid ask by selling small 100 and 200 share lots to drive someone to dump a larger lot right into my waiting order $.15 lower. SHEEP SHEEP SHEEP I LOVE YOU. Instead of selling in a blind panic tomorrow you might want to direct deposit the money into my bank account. I will send you the ACH routing number to save you the fear and anxiety of thinking you will lose everything in CCRN.

11. Since my business is writing books on business strategies and company opportunities I will welcome any opportunity to buy in the 11s tomorrow and it would only be heavenly if the sheep sold it into the 10s. This is the easiest money I will make in 2002.
