Benjamin, why do you think that cable will be obsolute in 2006 (or "whenever") and what do you think it will be obsoleted by? In any case, I don't think that @Home's business model requires cable. It requires a reliable, non-switching, universally-available (or nearly universally available, or one that could be made universally-available) high-speed data transmission medium, which @Home augments by managing resources to maintain a highly-favorable user experience.
