Thanks for giving me your take on this story. I've downloaded ERGB's 10-K & latest 10-Q & will try to look at them this weekend. Of course, another big question is if the SEC reports are accurate. I always assume they are, but we've seen some cases (ZZZZ Best, etc) where they weren't.

I've been investing for a dozen years, but I've usually ended up having to hold a long position for two or three years, as my timing hasn't been so hot. [I'm new at short-selling: AVNT's my first.] If you have any hints on timing this investment, or in general, I'd love to hear them.
