My guess here is the need for more shares in the float, Roebear. Apparently 67 percent of the outstanding shares are held by mngt, which leaves little for anybody else to buy. The 3-2 split will increase total shares to about 3m, which is still small but may give the stock more room to move.

I came across this one in IBD last Friday and it smelled a little like Reliability, Inc (REAL) which has a had a hell of a ride this year. How did everyone find this thread so fast (is there a listing of new threads on SI somewhere?
