Boy, is it hard to try and get information about "Learning About Breathing (LAB)" program. I have written at least a dozen e-mails to different people around the country that have some type of involvement the program. From the principal and teachers, and medical centers, to even the professor that oversees the whole program, I have received not one reply in the last 2 weeks. I have tried at least 4 departments in the University too. Nothing. Local newspapers have no information, nor does the school district that they are working with. Maybe an alert went out to everyone involved to be on the look out for Joe Barker.
