007 and jgarcia, Thanks for starting an EVI thread- One of my favorite oilfield service stocks (and a long, long-term hold for me in my IRA Account)! Check out CST, the "other merger" pending with EVI. Right now, rough calculation, it is offering a 12-14% discount on purchasing EVI shares indirectly by buying CST. The CST merger is slated for completion in July.... All right, back to CNN/SI Fantasy Baseball Site now... Sincerely, Doug F.
