So what the hell do you really know about this stuff or are we going to get the same sarcasm you so generously contribute to the main thread?

As I understand it, what needs to be done is to get 4 board members sympathetic to our cause to run for the Vivus board this spring. Share holders who are interested in supporting our cause can simply write in the 4 names that are chosen on their proxy and cast their vote in the annual share holder vote held each spring. These board members can then assess the situation and if they believe that Wilson needs to go they can vote him out of office.

We only need a MAJORITY vote for the board members who run on our behalf. So far I have close to 1.5 million shares backing such a move. Many more shares can be put behind us by soliciting the vote of the various fund managers who are holding large numbers of Vivus shares.
