This is a good sign - utilities in Canada have been slower to adopt this technology. A number of the companies in the US are keener to sign on because they have to make a profit as opposed to most of the utilities in Canada.So the Western utilities must have expressed enough interest for a guy to want to buy a system and start mapping out these hydro lines. This on top fo the recent PP thru a London based investment group - means that these guys must be on the way to meeting thier sales targets for the yr.
