Hello chalu2, I noticed that Calton Acquisitions has just filed an ammended registration statement. This is fantastic news. If CA's securities attorneys are competent and have adequately addressed the SEC's comments, the spin-off should occur in the next few weeks. freeedgar.com I'm buying more CN next week! best wishes etc.
