VAR is now famous for its SLAPP against free speech on the Internet. VAR has joined VSEA, George Zdasiuk and Susan B. Felch to file a lawsuit to suppress the ability of message board posters to publish the truth about Varian. Here is a partial list of Varian deeds:
-videotaping it's employees, visitors, etc. using a company bathroom for many weeks;
-managers repeatedly violating company policy;
-Sr Human Resource supervisor having her subordinate on committees that voted to use this same HR supervisor's outside catering business for Varian events;
-A manager that harassed employees to leave the company;
