GREAT NECK, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The Fresh Juice Co Inc announces record second quarter sales of
$5,566,796 two months after the completion of the merger of a wholly owned subsidiary with and into The
Ultimate Juice Company Inc.
Net sales for the quarter ending May 31 were $5,566,796 as compared to $2,671,539 in the corresponding
quarter of the previous year. Net income was $254,709 for the quarter ending May 31, 1996 or $0.06 per
share as compared to $104,829 or $0.03 per share for the quarter ending May 31, 1995.
