Hi Vagabond, a couple of months back I bought rumc as a clean shell, with no rumor of take over. Don't think this stock has went over .08 for a year, not sure where you are seeing .31 cents. Just holding for a possible takeover, always like to have one of those clean shells setting in my portfolio, just in case <ggg> Susie
