B: STOCKWALK.COM TO PROVIDE ONLINE TRADING CENTERS IN NORTHWEST AIRLINES
WORLDCLUBS

MINNEAPOLIS, Feb 3, 2000 /PRNewswire via COMTEX/ -- Stockwalk.com,
Inc., the online trading subsidiary of Stockwalk.com Group, Inc.
(Nasdaq: STOK), has announced it will provide Stockwalk.com investment
trading terminals in Northwest Airlines (Nasdaq: NWAC) WorldClubs. The
service, which will feature dedicated Stockwalk.com online trading, and
news and information access, will be introduced in the Northwest
Airlines hub markets of Minneapolis, Detroit and Memphis. The
anticipated introduction date is April 1, 2000.

(Photo: newscom.com ) The
terminals will be available to WorldClubs members as part of a
three-month trial period. During the trial period, Stockwalk.com and
Northwest Airlines determine whether to expand the trial to other
domestic WorldClubs locations.

"We believe WorldClubs members will find Stockwalk.com trading
terminals a valuable amenity and another reason to spend time in the
WorldClubs," said Randy Nitzsche, Chief Executive Officer of
Stockwalk.com. "Members will be able to obtain real-time quotes, news
stories, company research, and an opportunity to stay on top of the
market when they are traveling. They can also open a Stockwalk.com
account online and ultimately trade securities from these terminals."

The investment trading terminals will be installed by Advants, Inc., a
subsidiary of Choicetel Communications, Inc. (Nasdaq: PHON) of
Minneapolis. Previously, Advants and Stockwalk.com announced an
agreement where Advants will provide public access Internet terminals
featuring free entry to the Stockwalk.com site.

"We are pleased to provide yet another service to our WorldClubs
members," said Judy Brandt, Director of WorldClubs for Northwest
Airlines. "The Stockwalk.com terminals will allow our most valued
clients the opportunity to keep up with the business world when they
are away from their offices and homes."

There will be no charge for WorldClubs members who visit the
Stockwalk.com site for news and information, Mr. Nitzsche added.
Charges are only incurred when members open an account and begin to
trade online.

Stockwalk.com Group, Inc. is based in Minneapolis, Minn. and trades
publicly on the Nasdaq National Market under the symbol STOK. The firm
owns Stockwalk.com, an online trading subsidiary; Miller, Johnson &
Kuehn, Inc., a full-service brokerage; and Arnold Securities, Inc., a
discount brokerage. Each of these subsidiaries is a member of the
National Association of Securities Dealers (NASD) and the Securities
Investor Protection Corporation (SIPC).
