Kaufmann fund owned 200,000 shares of Comverse Technology Inc.

I got the 1995 annual report from The Kaufmann Fund, Inc.
(A small company aggressive growth fund) in yesterday's mail.

Their "Schedule of Investments" as of Dec. 31, 1995 shows that
Kaufmann owned 200,000 shares of CMVT, with a market
value of ........ $ 4,000,000.

I don't know if Kaufmann has changed their position in
Comverse during 1996.
