I am still holding and will continue to do so. Several reasons:

1) Wal-Mart really knows how to do that low end supermarket business - better than anyone in the world. And that's the name of the game south of the border.

2) Wal-Mex started giving nice dividends recently.

3) Looking ahead, you can see it growing thoughout the latin american market. Lots of growth ahead. It is one of the biggest, if not the biggest, stock on the Mexican exchange.

4) In the states, if you go back to before the FED created recession which started in April of 2000, WalMart was doing better than 50%/year. Wal-Mex, even with the recssion, is doing 50%/year. Plus you get the dividend!

I think it is hard to beat for growth plus it is a blue chip stable stock. I'm a happy camper.

What do you hold?
