Hi Matthew,

While I still maintain my position with MMG, I have not been able to keep up with my portfolio recently due to scheduling conflicts.

Still, their S.A. property over by Arequipa is particularly interesting. If it is this property that is the cause of the recent trading activity, that should be extremely encouraging.
