America has too many lawyers! There was one company that was down big a few days ago and I said let me check the news on yahoo and I kept scrolling and I could not get to the news it was all lawsuits lol.

Anyways, finished down on the day which makes 44 up days out of 60. Added to a few of my commodity names especially the metals.
