More news. I got email addresses from Cowen's Web site - www.cowen.com, and sent a note to two separate people, but neither responded. I called Worldtalk and they said a large holder (since the IPO) is eliminating his position and is probably responsible for almost all of the selling. They are not sure what is left of his position, but the stock could keep getting depressed until he is finished. (I've heard somrthing similar to this story once before so maybe it's true - who knows.) As far as sales and new products are concerned, it's full steam ahead. My contact says that everything is going according to plan. The NT versiion of their flagship product is still slated for a fourth quarter release. I still want to increase my holding and average my basis down, but I want to get the stock as cheap as possible. I'll let you know if I hear anything else. Feel free to bug Cowen.
