It seems that with market breadth being so narrow, even on the few good NASDAQ days, LOGC doesn't do very much because when people start putting money in semiconductors, they tend to go to the bigger names (INTC, TXN, MU, LSI). It will take a few weeks of buying in the semis to finally move stocks like LOGC, because, the way investors are so jittery these days, they are looking to get in and out quickly, only to score a few points of profit (hence the extreme volatility).
