It seems like many of us have been barking up the wrong tree. Since the regulators are not doing their job, it's field day on us investors. Are those "regulators" too big for us to go after? I bet they are. In that case we're kind of up the creek. We all know what happened with the Nasdaq deal.

Does anyone know how long it takes to transfer an account out of ndb? And does doing so put it into limbo so I can't do anything with it?
