I called the investor relations number today. They will send me an investor's package. They have 11.5M shares outstanding, 6M (a majority) of which are restricted shares owned by the CEO Mark Koz. (So the float is currently 5.5M.) The man I talked to said that Mark's shares may become unrestricted in the near future (meaning he could sell them if he wanted to). I also drove by their office yesterday, so I can tell you they actually have one. As you might expect, it is one of many offices in an office building for small businesses. I bought some shares today at 7 7/8. Richard
