How about some news, Lori? Last week I called and talked to ACLY's President regarding whether there was any news to explain the volume and price action, which one day last week went over a million shares. He said there was no news. After some chit-chat, I asked him a direct question: "ARE THERE ANY PLANS TO APLLY FOR LISTING ON THE NASDAQ"? I about fell off my chair when his direct response was : 'WE WILL BE LISTED AT(BY?) THE END OF THE MONTH'. This is a very close to a verbatim paraphrase. Unfortunately, I forgot to ask him if this news had been announced or if there was an announcement pending. It may have been his feeling that he could not ethically avoid a direct answer if the news is due to be announced. That is just my speculation. The direct question and direct answer, however, are my "experience". Take it for what its worth. I hope someone else will call the company and confirm this. I have posted this in various Yr 2000 folders in the Investors Network and The Motley Fool on AOL. For me, this qualifies as NEWS. Jack Kanak
