Ok I cant really answer what our book is at the moment... until the audits are finished. If you want my personal opinion which may or may not dead on... to the exact penny, I have our book figured at between $1.25 to 1.50 a share at the moment *****Disclaimer this is a personal guestimate ok? We are still working on the Phipps stock exchange, but due to the size of the offering ( not the company ) it will probably start on the OTC, but from what I have seen Phipps may be able to get a full listing... depending on a couple of factors. We are hoping after the Phipps offering to hold in excess of 20% of his AUTHORIZED shares. The low volume a tightly held low float company is probably the best answer I can think of with the current trading patterns. KAA
