SW just handed out more pink slips to the Toronto studio, which will save on overhead, from what I hear. Down to 35 employees now. Surprising(because of the shelf space problem), I heard market share continues to grow. Without giving awy any trade secrets, SW is starting to make BIG BUCKS stuffing demo software discs into everything from sneakers to cereals. The demo discs let the kids play part of the game, and make the parents call a 1-800 # to PAY for a code to UNLOCK the rest of the game. School and international sales are going UP in exponential terms also, I heard. The company is just a couple signatures away from cornering the market on kids sports games: NFL, MLB, NHL and NBA. And Jody Snider, the Big Shot TV Producer and new head of Business Development, is spending all the money looking to win another Emmy on a couple BIG Franklin projects, details to be announced later, I hear. The stock sucks at a dime, but the company is in better shape overall than at $8.
