sounds somewhat similar to my story I still run a real estate business but let the agents do 95% of the selling I only work with a few select clients...one in particular buys properties that can be turned into affordable rentals The governments idea of "affordable" is so skewed it's ridiculous. Even in Hawaii(we don't have even one Republican in the State house on either side), the Dems are so corrupt and tied into big business it is insane. Latest approved "affordable" housing project was $54,000,000 for 130 rental units. The developer received $17m in tax credits, a similar amount in Gov't grants He will collect $1,600/mo for a tiny 1 bedroom apt in an area where $10-15/hr is the norm
