here is a heads up to those holding logc. on nov.21 the co.
filed an s3 and registered 1.919 mil. shares of co. stock
and the price is set at $2.16. i do'nt think you will see
3.5 any time soon. all the shares are coming from selling int.
holders. so it looks like the funds my be out of logc for a
while.
