My take on Thrash's email is that I don't fully understand his comment on the TA saying that they were out of RMIL certs, but not OVIS certs.

My understanding was that only the name (ticker symbol) changed. The CUSIP (spelling ??) number was unchanged, so that statement doesn't make sense to me. The CUSIP is a unique key assigned to each security. The only situations it would change I believe is if 1) you change your state of incorporation or 2) change exchanges.

The truth is the only way for the average small investor to know that the DTC is really out of certs (without hearing it from somebody's best-friends sister boyfriend who knows this guy going out with this girl) is by watching the price and volume. If the price breaks $3.50 without any news from RMIL (ie. the $10 million dollars), I'll be 100% convinced that is the case. I'm still convinced that the DTC is out of certs, but maybe they are having problems with the volume of cert requests (which is a good thing) and need to be carefull that they only issue as much certs as legally exist.
