Naive question, but could it possibly be that everyone knew there was a window of opportunity more closely related to debut of Wavetop next week and debut of Windows 98 in June? Maybe the institutions were biding their time (and are jumping in now)?? MHO. This is a great thread, and thank you all for great information.
