I clicked back through the thread to John's post and didn't see where he made assertions that needed to be documented. Maybe I am missing something. If you would be kind enough to point out what charges he made, specifically, I will take appropriate action.

Because you're both on the same team?

He has been contributing here for many months. When you have a history of contributions you will have more leeway.

I don't agree with everyone here, but you don't see an extensive ban list. The current residents are serial troll flame throwers.
