jmac, RE: I am interested in finding persons who own either AMD or INTC stock prior to Wittington's call last week and sold after his call of last week. If you meet these criteria, I would like you to PM message as I am interested in filing a class action suit against Wittington and BOA. Let me see here. You took the advice of somebody who you have never met before. You most probably haven't even read his original report. And yet you took his advice anyway, even though he has absolutely no fiduciary duty to you. On top of that, if you followed his advice, you would have made money. Exactly what would be the grounds of the suit? And if you won, would you give back the short term profits you gained by selling when he said 'sell' and buying back when he said 'buy'?
