Let me see here. You took the advice of somebody who you have never met before. You most probably haven't even read his original report. And yet you took his advice anyway, even though he has absolutely no fiduciary duty to you.

On top of that, if you followed his advice, you would have made money.

Exactly what would be the grounds of the suit?

And if you won, would you give back the short term profits you gained by selling when he said 'sell' and buying back when he said 'buy'?
