knight, banks responding cuz people buying them thinking with interest rates going down, people gonna borrow more.... more borrowing, more profits for banks. Way I see it, more borrowing, more foreclosures and bad loan calls by banks and LESS profits. ooooops.... down go the bank share prices when they miss earnings!
