It looks like Apple is practically keeping the PC market above water this year on its own, according to a new report that also shows it will sell about $17 billion worth of Macs and iPads to businesses in 2012, the Silicon Valley / San Jose Business Journal reports.

Forrester Research figures that sales of PCs and tablets to business and the government will grow by only 1.7 percent this year to $146.6 billion. And Forrester estimates that Apple's sales to business and government will jump by 76 percent on iPads to $10 billion and 9 percent on Mac computers to $6.7 billion.
