It's pretty much as the PR said. He's accomplished what he originally planned to do, and now its time to move on. Bill O'Meara brought him in to take the company public. Bill left a while ago leaving Alex in charge. I'm surprised that Burke stayed as long as he did, simply because his focus was to get the company public, and the financal operations running smoothly. With out a doubt he accomplished that some time ago. Rumor was that Alex asked him to stay until they got a top notch guy to replace him. I see (or hear) absolutely nothing sinister about his leaving, and I wish him well. Maybe we should keep track of him, where ever he lands may be another good play...
