Explorer 'enhanced' by ISPs ...
If all they changed is the title that appears at the top of your window, like my ISP did, you can simply edit out the change and even add something personalized for yourself easily enough.
In REGEDIT, get to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Internet\Explorer\Main
Here, in the right pane (pain?), highlight and right click [ab]Window Title. Select Modify and just type in what pleases you. With all changes using REGEDIT, they take place immediately, so you just need exit: No need to Apply, or anything similar.
If you're not totally confident in using REGEDIT, be sure to back-up your registry first using System Information/Tools/Registry Checker and click Yes to making a backup.
