Buddy, this was one of the shortest weekends on record!! gg
Between rain, softball, mowing, and the garden I have no idea where the time went.
Looks like I am going to give back about 10% of the last months gains today. Stocks that are moving, move in both directions. My stocks other than banks were down 3.79% today. The banks were up .55% I like the balance. Then you get things like this:
<The Board of Directors of Bank of South Carolina Corporation, the parent company for The Bank of South Carolina, on June19, 2003, declared a 10% stock dividend to shareholders of record as of June 30, 2003, effective July 15, 2003. In addition, the Board of Directors declared an $.11 per share dividend, payable July 31, 2003, to shareholders of record as of June 30, 2003. This is the 56th consecutive dividend paid by the Corporation to its shareholders>
Actually, the market went a lot further than I thought before this correction started. Everyone will start to scream it is time to go short, but imho it is too soon to tell. Last pullback was 74 points ending May 20th. This one is 75 points so far. Closed 1/2% below the 20dma. Nothing is abnormal. So far, just the fact that we went too far too fast.
Promised one of the high school pitchers I would come to her summer game tonight. AND the old lady has off tonight. Badaaaabing!!!! I hope.
ARDM seems to bear watching although I wouldn't be interested above 1.90. But then I have no money at the moment anyway!!!!
NOVA not seeing enough vol. yet, but I think it starts edging up soon.
NTST which I was getting tired of waiting for fought the trend today and is on a five day up streak. |
