HI Kirk,

I'm not going to say we're smarter than them - BUT they are darn sure dumber than us if they think that will help their state.

Fools passing laws based on envy - that never ends well.

Just think if you saved 6 points of cash with lower taxes - how much more stock you could buy back.

You could drive earnings with less stock outstanding.

You could up the dividend and pay out the same money over less stock.

It is obvious to me that we better become stock holders and owners of these companies.

It is almost like going private.

The private equity hedge funds know it too.

I had Anen get bought up by a hedge fund Tqnt just got bought out too!!

Hold onto those cash rich stocks they'll pay retirement like dividends given time.

In the long run the 20% tax rate is the little guys way of beating the tax game too.
