Bags,

I am trying to play around with the numbers, using the molecular weight of MGI-114 that you supplied.

I get 0.0716 milligrams/liter by multiplying 247 grams/mole by 2.9 E(-7) moles/liter (the mean GI50 molarity.) Now, please pardon my ignorance, and help me get from there to some scalar multiple of the MTD, 14.15 mg/m^2. (Until now, I had no reason to perform arithmetic operations on the dosage expressions, and so it did not particularly matter to me what the units of measure were.)

To my chagrin, I do not seem to know what the "m^2" in the denominator represents, and so, cannot equate it to "liters." <<sheepish grin.>>

Sorry for the elementary chemistry tutorial digression. Thanks for your help,
RB
