Ref Window 10 "forced upgrade".

This looks to be good advice, excepting the fact there is nothing nefarious going on at Microsoft? Baloney imho. Yes, they do just love keeping everyone in the upgrade business, where it costs you both time and money. Just follow the money. Linux upgrades don't seem to involve so much money or time.

However... I digress. Do you need to upgrade if on Windows 10? Probably not.

I did the forced upgrade to Win 11 on my machines that were deemed not compatible. I will review for a while, I can always reset them back to a Win 10 image if needed.
