I am in Belize running Win11. Twice now I have gotten a blue window saying Working on Updates. I have not received any indication of an update. The first time it happened I ran Bit defender which said all ok. Now I have the screen again. Is this a virus? How do I forcibly turn off my laptop which has no power button? Cannot access the Start menu
