Did not miss your post. IPM was not pink sheeted with an SEC action over their heads. Whole different set of circumstances. They may be working with Terry on his SEC response, who knows. As for verification, BD will look like guns for hire is the gold is not there. No company wants to look like a prostitute. Their reputation would be questioned and damaged. GE has black marks to overcome in all business dealings. BD must have seen something they liked. It may have been an offer they could not refuse but imho, I doubt it. Cytotekk
