PRO, You highlight the key issue. What tax policy creates the most wealth and the most revenue for good. The question also that should be asked is if we had raised taxes going into the recession and raised them again after 9/11 - would we be better off today. Even the dumbest of the dumb would have a hard time saying raising taxes in those two instances would not have tanked us worse. Our problem is not revenue - it is spending. Bob
