to all: can someone answer a silly question. with the deep pockets that prwt has to funnd varios divisions, such as power x in the health division, why do they need investors at all, with the grief associated with that. would they have been better off staying private vs public. if apparently they need investor capital, please give views on what percentage basis at this time. down the road if as an after thought the company realizes they should of stayed private, what would they have to do to buy out shareholders at that time
