i've seen many that sell under sales.... check ERP/ SCM software stocks. MRVC, a fiber optic hardware company traded under sales back in march...etc, etc... PTEK's core business is struggling and the internet stocks which had kept the BV up have declined. hopefully, today will turn the latter part of the equation around (although, probably briefly). greg
