Yes, from 35 to 28 would be your max gain if you were to short the stock at 35 and dollar for dollar if shorted above that price. If you believe the stock is going lower wait and maybe sell the 30 puts or even the 25 puts for June which have some nice premiums on them. Just throwing out some thoughts...
