Yes Starnet is the shell for Click. Total issued and Outstanding 22.5 million shares. 4 million in the float. 18.5 million restricted. The company WAS fully reporting 3 years ago. So it will be very easy to reinstate the Form 10. It will change it's name to "Click!On Line USA,Inc."and will develop its marketing based in NYC. They will receive $1.000.000 cash now. But they could very well receive up to $5 million in the next months to further expand R&D for future technology developments with this fast moving market. They will file for NASDAQ very quickly. They are backed by very powerful financial individuals who have decided to Invest whatever is needed to bring Click to become #1 in their sector.
