I don't know much about Systems Xcellence. This I do know. The co.
recently completed a private placement of $11.5 mill which were placed
with institutional investors like mutual funds and pension funds at
$5.75 per share. Current price is below that.
The co. will use the funds as follows:
-increase staff and headquarters
-turn proprietary software into products marketable
-set up distribution channels
-money set aside for acquisitions

Analysts see revs of $10-12 mill in 1996 compared to $8.26 mill in 95.
