Just finished catching up on this thread you started. I am interested in learning which etch equipment companies are working with Candescent on the development of the FPD's. LAM Research claims to have a program going on the development of this equipment. Have you run across them? Are they a factor? When do you see FPD getting out of the lab and into the marketplace?
