I use E-Schwab. They charge $29.95 for 1000 shares or less. They're not the cheapest, but I've never had a problem with them and I've heard too many horror stories about some of the cheaper ones, so I'm sticking with Schwab for now. In some market trades, I've even had a price improvement over what I expected that it covered my commission and some.
