Marshall, the Company has extended the warrants before, so this is a possibility. The logic about diversification would still apply - so Mr. Geimer might exercise a portion of the warrants (like he did last year) and have the Company extend the expiration on the remaining portion.

RE: Migration. I agree that there are some applications where migration might make sense. I just don't think its a substantial business after Y2K. In support of this, there are several companies that have been trying to sell migration tools for years with little success: ACLY, IAIC and MatriDigm come to mind. Now, they are all in the Y2K business ... and still talking about migration as their future. So I have my doubts.

As an aside, IMO, short selling doesn't hurt or damage the Company. In fact, if management pays attention to their business and delivers on their promises, the short sellers (by being forced to cover) actually contribute to shareholder value.

I'll try and call Mr. Geimer.
